About the Event
The 15th Annual Soweto Careers & Skills Summit Expo 2026 is South Africa's most impactful youth careers platform, hosted during Mandela Month at the Orlando Community Hall in Soweto. Now in its 15th year, this landmark event brings together learners, educators, corporates, SETAs, government departments, entrepreneurs, and youth in a powerful three-day celebration of career guidance, skills development, and opportunity.
Organised by Careers Inc (Pty) Ltd, the event is dedicated to redressing the imbalances of the past and removing barriers for youth to enter various professions. This prospectus outlines all participation opportunities, packages, and booking details for exhibitors, sponsors, and partners.

I, the undersigned, confirm that I am duly authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of the organisation named above, and that I have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions of the 15th Annual Soweto Careers & Skills Summit Expo 2026 as set out in this prospectus.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS — SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT
1. Booking Confirmation: This booking form constitutes a binding offer to sponsor the 15th Annual Soweto Careers & Skills Summit Expo 2026 ("the Event"), hosted by Careers Inc, subject to acceptance by the Organiser.
2. Payment Terms: Full payment of the sponsorship fee is due within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the invoice date. Sponsorship space and benefits are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
3. VAT: All sponsorship fees are quoted exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT at the prevailing rate of 15% will be added to the invoice total.
4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing more than 30 days prior to the Event will be refunded at 50% of the sponsorship fee paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of the Event are non-refundable.
5. Brand Assets: The Sponsor agrees to provide all required branding/logo files (high-resolution EPS, PNG, or PDF) no later than 30 June 2026.
6. Speaking Opportunities: Speaking slots are allocated on a first-confirmed, first-served basis and are subject to programme availability.
7. Conduct: The Sponsor, its staff, and representatives agree to conduct themselves professionally and in accordance with the Event's code of conduct at all times.
8. Liability: The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the Sponsor's property, equipment, or materials at the Event.
9. Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's control, the Organiser will use best endeavours to reschedule the Event.
10. Intellectual Property: The Sponsor grants the Organiser a non-exclusive licence to use the Sponsor's logo, name, and brand materials solely for purposes related to the promotion of the Event.
11. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
12. Privacy: All personal information collected is processed in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
